If you take offence, I have micro aggressed you.
That's okay with me; you are allowed to be offended. But, you don't have a right not to be offended.
That's how freedom of speech works.
When I do something aggressive towards you, I should expect a reaction. Words are beyond offensive, they are now aggressive. Where we once would say "sticks and stones can break my bones, but words can never hurt me", now we say "words can hurt me, so with sticks and stones I can break your bones."
If the truth offends someone, that is considered a micro aggression.
